This is a preliminary call for a meeting within e-nav with special topics
Arctic & Svalbard.

NNF with possible support from RNN intends to arrange a e-nav workshop/conference with special topics Arctic & Svalbard in Oslo, Bergen or Ålesund. Preliminary planning contains Dinner plans for the meeting, and probably free participation for NNF and RNN members (presently under discussion).
